Abby Begeta: Supporting your well-being journey

Abby Begeta: Supporting your well-being journey

Ongoing struggles with chronic health issues 15 years ago was the impetus for Abby Begeta’s immersion in medical and scientific research and the subsequent implementation of more integrative and holistic practices to improve her own health.

“In 2008 I contracted Swine Flu which wreaked havoc with my health and I became extremely sick”. Abby explained. “I had no energy and was sleeping up to 18 hours a day. My Doctors could not work out how to treat me”.

“It turned out that I had had a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Given that there was no commonly recognised treatments for CFS, I knew I had to take responsibility for my own health and find ways to help myself.”

Abby Begeta has a Medical Science degree, and a Law degree.

Abby holds both a Science degree, and a Law degree. She is a registered nurse, and has practised in different areas of law.

“I know it seems an unlikely combination but my studies have very finely honed my skills as a researcher, and this is critical when it comes to looking at any health challenges, particularly chronic disease,” Abby said.

Abby’s research led her to the work of acclaimed practitioners in the world-renowned Riordan Clinic (US), as well as Dr Henning Sauppe at Arcadia Praxiklinik, Germany and other doctors world-wide.

“I have been fortunate to have been able to learn from some incredible professionals who have taught me so much about both medical research and health,” she said.

Abby’s journey led her to IV infusions of nutrients, and from that point, her own health began to improve exponentially.

“I am a huge believer in taking an integrative and holistic approach to health,” Abby said.

“This includes factors such as nutrition, lifestyle, sleep and exercise and I have found that for many people, we can combine these strategies with conventional medicine and achieve fantastic outcomes.

“Every human body is absolutely unique and one size does not fit all,” she said.

“If a person is experiencing poor digestive health, it really compromises their ability to absorb nutrients taken orally.

“Nutrients that are delivered intravenously are absorbed more effectively as they bypass digestive system.

“Plus, they are individually tailored based on factors that are as unique as you are. It is about delivering precisely what your body needs.

“While I do not diagnose diseases, I am happy to work with your Doctor to achieve the best outcome for you,” Abby said. “My process involves a thorough assessment of your personal and medical history, your family medical history, conditions that are contraindicated, and lifestyle factors such as diet, sleep and activity levels.

“I also give people post treatment general information about their self care and I can work with you in your own home.

“It is so rewarding to work with people who want to be in an optimal state and are ready to take positive actions to improve their health and wellbeing.”
