Sunshine Steering owner Dave Ledger is a true expert on steering and suspension with more than 35 years under his belt.
“A lot of other workshops outsource their power steering work to him because he not only has the knowledge, but also the specialist tools,” says his wife Tina. “And he can work on any make or model.”
But if steering is Dave’s specialty, vintage and classic cars are his passion. Sunshine Steering attracts a steady stream of historic vehicles to the workshop.
“It is not just that I love vintage, classic, rally and race cars, but also that I genuinely enjoy the challenge of fixing things, especially when it is difficult to find parts for them,” Dave said. “I can make parts that are no longer available for older model cars. It is so rewarding.”
Of course, Sunshine Steering also boasts an excellent reputation for repairs, maintenance and servicing of modern makes and models.
“Our mechanics are always upfront and honest about any work required and we will always call you with an estimate before we start working on anything so you there are no nasty surprises when we are finished,” said Tina.
